All services are performed by a team of two trained professionals.
2. Scheduling & Appointments
- Cleanings can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as a one-time service.
- Appointments are confirmed once payment is received or agreed upon.
3. Pricing & Payment
- We charge a set rate per service, not by the hour, to ensure transparency and high-quality results.
- Payment is due according to the methods outlined during booking.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice.
- Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
5. Access & Safety
- Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
- We are pet-friendly and trained to work around animals safely.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Remove any valuables, fragile items, or sensitive materials prior to cleaning.
- Provide any special instructions regarding surfaces, products, or areas to avoid.
7. Liability
- While we exercise utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or fragile items unless explicitly informed beforehand.
- Any damage caused by negligence will be addressed in accordance with applicable laws.
8. Cleaning Products
- Clients may provide their own cleaning products, or we can supply premium cleaning products.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
- We aim for 100% client satisfaction. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, and we will address them promptly.
10. Modifications
